Applicants may qualify if they identify with one or more of the following:
Independent seniors
Military veteran
Adults in transition (including those exiting foster care)
Individuals re-entering society
Domestic violence survivors
Low-income or fixed-income individuals
Income Requirements
Must have consistent income from employment, SSI, SSDI, pension, or other verified source.
Must be able to pay program fees on time each month.
Documentation Required
Applicants must provide:
Valid photo ID
Proof of income (SSI, SSDI, pay stubs, benefits award letter, etc.)
Emergency contact information
Background information (no violent or sexual offenses)
Completed program application
Behavioral Requirements
Must be able to live independently
Must respect house rules and other residents
Must be willing to maintain a clean personal space
No aggressive or disruptive behavior
Substance Use Policy
Drug-and weapon-free property
Must agree to a zero-tolerance policy
Random drug checks may be required (if part of your program rules)
Health & Mobility
Must be able to manage personal care independently
Individuals with mobility devices/ wheelchairs are welcome if units are accessible
Not-Pet Policy
• No pets allowed (service animals permitted with documentation)
Program Fee
Monthly program fee (based on room type)
Security deposit
All utilities included (specify if needed)
Additional Expectations
Participation in house meetings (if applicable)
Respect for shared spaces
Compliance with quiet hours
No overnight guests unless approved
