At Mariko Serenity Homes, we proudly support individuals who are ready to grow, stabilize, and move toward independence. Our Independent Living Program is designed for people who benefit from structure, guidance, and a safe, supportive home environment.
LOW / FIXED INCOME INDIVIDUALS
We understant financial limitations should never prevent someone from accessing safe, stable housing and supportive services. Our program is designed to help individuals living on low or fixed incomes maintain dignity, stability, and independence.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SURVIVORS
We provide a safe, stable, and supportive environment for individuals who are rebuilding their lives after experiencing domestic violence. We understand the courage it takes to leave unsafe situations, and we are committed to offering a home where healing, stability, and independence can begin.
RE- ENTRY PROGRAM
We provide a structured, supportive environment for individuals re-entering the community after incarceration. We understand the challenges people face when rebuilding their lives, and our program is designed to offer stability, guidance, and a fresh start.
VETERANS
We are proud to support Veterans who have served our country and now seek a stable, respectful, and supportive environment as they transition into independent living.
INDEPENDENT SENIORS
We proudly provide a calm, supportive, and respectful environment for senior individuals who need stability, companionship, and gentle guidance while maintaining their independence.
SUBSTANCE ABUSE RECOVERY
Our housing program serves individuals in substance abuse recovery and is designed to promote stability, accountability, and independent living.
ADULTS IN TRANSITION ( FOSTER CARE )
we provide a stable, supportive environment for young adults transitioning out of foster care who are ready to build independence but need structure, guidance, and a safe place to grow.
SINGLE PARENTS
Our housing program serves single parents ( MEN & WOMEN ) in need of stable housing while supporting family stability and independence.
MENTAL HEALTH INDIVIDUALS
Our program serves individuals with mental health challenges who are able to live independently and engage in a supportive housing environment. We do not provide clinical or medical mental health services.
ABROAD STUDENTS & COLLEGE STUDENTS
Our program serves international, study-abroad students, and college students by offering safe, stable, and supportive housing as they transition into the community and pursue education or employment
MIGRANTS / NEWCOMERS
We welcome migrants and newcomers by offering safe, respectful, independent living housing during their transition to permanent stability.
